New Affiliates Page

Just added a new affiliates page to the site. It lets you promote your website on Storm Gardens.
Add your affiliate link to your site and the more clicks your link gets, the higher your site will be listed on the affiliate page! The hits counter gets reset every month so everyone has an equal chance to be listed at the top.
I'm planning to add some more ways to promote this affiliate page too. I'm thinking maybe some kind of ticker on the front page displaying the top affiliates.
Lastly, with a new page, comes a new Major Billboard! Going to be adding the Affiliates page to the Major Billboard Center soon!
